An on-campus student service organization that provides a sustainable approach to reducing food waste on college campuses while also providing healthy meals to those struggling with hunger. Free, locally sourced lunch is available to all UK students every Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm.

An organization that supports on-campus, hunger-related initiatives and organizations by facilitating communication and providing resources to develop and implement strategies to end hunger.

An on-campus community cafe, providing enrolled UK students access to balanced, nutritious meals for just $1.00.

The Food Connection

Exists to serve farmers, food producers, students, and consumers through creative strategies for a vibrant, healthy, sustainable food economy. On- and off-campus, the unit supports innovative and interdisciplinary instruction, high-impact service, and outreach with cutting-edge research on foods and food systems.

Wildcats for Housing, Opportunity, Mentorship, Employment, and Services (HOMES) 

Develops sustainable campus and community partnerships, that motivate students to learn about, think through, and take action against homelessness.
